These terms of service apply to all services offered by FRADES ("we", "us", "our"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Our Services
FRADES offers premium chauffeur services, including:
- Personal transport with professional chauffeurs
- Business transport and events
- Airport transfers
- Hourly vehicle hire with chauffeur
3. Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings
- Bookings can be made online or by phone
- All bookings are subject to availability
- We reserve the right to refuse bookings
Cancellations
- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before scheduled ride
- Cancellations within 2 hours: 50% of fare
- No-show: 100% of fare
4. Rates and Payment
- All prices include VAT
- Payment can be made in cash, by card, or invoice
- Payment terms apply for business customers
- We reserve the right to adjust rates
5. Liability
FRADES is insured for all rides. Our liability is limited to the amount covered by our insurance. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Code of Conduct
Customers are expected to behave respectfully towards our chauffeurs and other customers. We reserve the right to refuse service in case of inappropriate behavior.
