Sales Terms

1. Applicability

These sales terms apply to all agreements between FRADES and its customers regarding the provision of chauffeur services.

2. Offers and Prices

  • All offers are non-binding unless stated otherwise
  • Prices include VAT and exclude any surcharges
  • Price changes are possible after notification
  • Special rates only apply for the indicated period

3. Formation of Agreement

An agreement is formed by:

  • Confirmation of your booking by FRADES
  • Receipt of a booking confirmation
  • Commencement of service

4. Delivery and Execution

Punctuality

  • We strive for punctuality on all rides
  • You will be informed immediately in case of delay
  • Wait time up to 15 minutes is included free

Vehicles

  • All vehicles are clean and well-maintained
  • Vehicle type may change with equivalent replacement
  • Special requests will be honored when possible

5. Payment

  • Payment can be made in cash, by debit or credit card
  • Business customers can pay by invoice
  • Payment term for invoices: 30 days
  • Late payment may incur interest and costs

6. Right of Withdrawal

Private customers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days, unless the service has already been performed with your express consent.

8. Applicable Law

Belgian law applies to these sales terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Brussels.
